CYO Halloween Dance
Friday, October 28th 7 pm – 10 pm
CYO dances are open to St. Jerome CYO members in Grades 5-8. You MUST be a St. Jerome CYO member to attend.
St. Jerome CYO is not responsible for personal items, so please leave your purses at home if possible.

Chaperones are needed (especially Fathers) for this dance (fill out the Dance Form above.)
Volunteers must have requirements filled.
Dances begin at 7:00 p.m. are over at 10:00. No child will be admitted after 8:00 p.m. unless they were participating in a CYO athletic activity (i.e. soccer, football, basketball baseball, volleyball, etc.). NO TICKETS will be issued. A list of paid members will be at the door.
Please remember that this is a Catholic Youth organization. Appropriate dress is required. Any child coming inappropriately dressed will not be admitted to the dance and will be required to call home to be picked up. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. No one is permitted to leave the dance without a parent.
In addition, any child who is sent home from a dance due to poor behavior will be required to have his/her parent chaperone the next dance their child wishes to attend.
